You CAN NOT submit multiple votes for the same hasher for the same position. No duplicates. They will be deleted.

GM NOMINATIONS- A nominated GM must have previously served as Carolina Trash MM for a full term.

VOTED POSITIONS- Nominations must be bibbed Carolina Trash. The exception is BEERMEISTER. This is the only position that does NOT need a bib to be nominated. 

HASH CASH- This will be an appointed position by the incoming GM.
