Heaven & Hell Prom Weekend
December 12-14, 2025
•Prom Rego Dates & Pricing:
-Local Rego: Thursday, October 2nd 7PM at Last Call—$89
-BIBBED Rego: Opens at 6PM Friday, October 3rd thru Sunday, October 5th closing at 7PM
-Prom Rego for the greater masses [may the odds be in your favor]: Opens at 7PM Monday, October 6th
-Rego will be $89 until Sunday, October 19th
-Rego will go up to $99 Monday, October 20th
-Rego will go up to $109 Saturday, November 1st
-No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, November 19th
-Rego caps at 200; waitlist will be in effect until further notice and announcements pertaining to it.
NOMINATIONS FOR CTrH3 MM 2026
•Nominations will run from Monday September 22nd-Saturday, November 1st on the Trash website.
•A minimum of three (3) nominations are required in order to be eligible to run.
•Nominees for all positions EXCEPT Beermeister will need to be BIBBED.
•You may nominate someone once. If you think a few different people would benefit from a nomination for the same position, you can submit a subsequent nomination for that individual.
ERECTIONS
•Who can vote: Any Bibbed Trash, prior Trash MM for the whole year, and any Hasher that claims Trash as their home kennel AND has been to at least 10 trails THIS YEAR.
•Voting will be conducted on ballots this year and secured in a lock box. The keys for the box will be hidden somewhere inside an impartial party.
•Voting will begin when the Rego table opens on Friday the 12th. Those that are eligible can choose to vote at that time. You will be able to vote whenever the Rego table is open until trail starts on the 13th. If you are not attending prom this year but would still like to vote, you can show up to trail on Saturday and vote before trail starts. Votes will be tallied and next years MM will be announced at Last Call later Saturday night.
•Lastly the ballots will also include a write in portion for the following:
-Trash bag
-Trashiest trasher
-Rookie of the year
-Best trail of the year
-Worst trail of the year
-Prom king
-Prom queen
**Saturday night at Last Call pre-selected judges will assess the best dressed for the night and give an additional award on top of the awards for the write in ballots.
POINTS OF LAGER
•Regos are not guaranteed until paid.
•READ THIS: If you Rego during the BIBBED period of Rego being open [10/3-10/5] and you are NOT BIBBED, you will be swiftly removed and placed at the bottom of the waitlist. No exceptions.
The link to the Rego page will be posted to the Bibbed Trash FB groups prior to the Bibbed Rego period, and will be posted on here prior to Rego opening for the greater masses. You will also be able to find it on Hash Rego under the events. Further information, like hotel accommodations and event FB page, will only be provided to those that are fully Rego’d and paid. These communications will be via Rego email and the event Facebook page.
